The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us: the book-a-call form and the chat. We don't sell anything about you, we don't use advertising cookies, and we don't follow you around the web. To see what's working on the site, we keep anonymous daily counts of visits, without cookies.

The book-a-free-call form

When you send the form, it carries your name, business, phone number, and message. It goes through Formspree, a form service, and lands in our email. We use it to call you back and prepare for the call, and for nothing else.

The chat assistant

The chat on our home page is AI. What you type goes to our server and on to Groq, the AI provider that writes the replies. We don't save chat transcripts; we only count how many messages are sent. Please don't type passwords, card numbers, or health details into the chat.

Visit counts

The site keeps simple daily totals: how many times each page was viewed, how many times the form, chat, and email links were used, and where visits came from (for example a search engine or a link we shared). The totals are stored by us on Cloudflare and contain no names, IP addresses, or anything that identifies you. While the tab is open, your browser keeps a one-word note of where you came from (in session storage, not a cookie); it disappears when you close the tab. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit isn't counted at all.

Hosting & security

This site runs on Cloudflare. To protect it from bots and abuse, Cloudflare may set a limited security cookie (such as __cf_bm) and keep visitor IP addresses in short-lived server logs. We don't use those logs to identify or profile anyone.

Keeping and deleting your information

Form messages stay in our email for as long as we're talking about work together. Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email TonyBreitfelder@tonewright.work and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything new, this page is updated first and the date above changes.
